The Cottage

On the first floor, the cottage has a double bedroom with a king-size bed and views towards the nearby trout lakes and the River Severn.

Downstairs - looking over the garden and to the river beyond - there is a modern and very well equipped kitchen, fitted with a full-size cooker, microwave, fridge, iron etc.

The living room has a comfy sofa (which opens out into an additional bed should you need it) and a gas, coal-effect stove for cosy winter stays. There is also a TV with freeview, DVD and video players.

The bathroom has a large step-in shower, low-level WC and heated towel rail.

And at the rear of the cottage is a charming, private courtyard garden for those summer evenings.

All in all, Platts House is a cosy, comfortable base for a restful and relaxing wind-down or an energetic activity break. We look forward to welcoming you here with our homemade bread, cakes and local produce!
